Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage international voice process calls, ensuring excellent communication skills and customer satisfaction.
Handle US voice process queries with fluency in English language.
Provide exceptional BPO voice services to clients, meeting their expectations.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in International Voice Process or similar industry.
Fluent English language skills (written & spoken).
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.

Valid PAN Number - _____________________(Why PAN Required > Mandatory to Process Candidature & Find Duplicity in Internal PAN Validation Process and also to initiate a screening call.
