Senior Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process for Renewals, including premium audits, claims processing, and underwriting.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to policy renewals and endorsements.
  
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of records in the system.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving their concerns.
  
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks performed.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance industry.
  
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
