Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai MH - Bengaluru / Gurgaon for a Senior Process Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key operational processes, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, and addressing queries with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing data to identify trends and improvements, providing high-quality customer support, and delivering solutions with effective communication.

Requirements (CORE F&A) - F&A R2R GL **

·        Technically very strong R2R GL - Writing Journal Entries Manually

·        Prepares income and balance sheet statements, and various other accounting statements and financial reports.

·        Can analysis the BS, P&L Month End Closing

·        Prepare and review the accuracy of journal entries and accounting records.

·        Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and proposes adjusting entries as necessary.

·        Good communication skills.

·        Can Mentor the team.

·        Have good understanding of Bank Reco - BS Reco

·        Good Knowledge of Excel.

·        If he or she has worked in Retail accounting would be add on advantage.
