Description - External Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - L&P with 2 to 3 years of experience in Data Reconciliation. Associate should have good analytical skills. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. Proficiency in English is essential. Responsibilities Oversee the reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Manage premium accounts and ensure timely processing of payments. Analyze data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial records. Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and effectiveness. Provide detailed reports on reconciliation and premium management activities. Utilize data analytics tools to support business decisions and strategies. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. Support the implementation of new processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve any issues related to reconciliation and premium management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Assist in the training and development of junior team members. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share insights. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems within the department. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of data analytics and its application in business processes. Demonstrate expertise in reconciliation and premium management. Have experience in Emp/Grp bfts F&A is a plus. Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. Show proficiency in using data analytics tools and software. Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Show a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Possess good organizational and time management skills. Be willing to work night shifts from the office.
