Senior Process Engineer

Role Overview: You will join PM Group as a Lead Process Engineer in the Process Department in Bangalore. PM Group is an international engineering, architecture, project, and construction management firm specializing in delivering capital projects within various sectors such as life sciences, food and beverages, advanced manufacturing, energy, and environmental sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate Process Design Teams to achieve project deliverables. - Collaborate with other PM Group offices to understand scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and hours. - Provide technical training to the team based on your design experience in Pharma, chemicals, oil & gas, or petrochemicals sectors. - Offer technical input and support for Process Design Teams. - Develop process solutions for projects including process calculations and equipment sizing. - Interface with client design team/end user and deliver design scope within budget hours and schedule. - Conduct lead technical reviews and prepare process and utilities designs. Qualifications: - Hold a degree in Chemical or Process Engineering. - Possess 18+ years of design experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, or Chemical industry with at least 5 years as a lead of process discipline engineers and designers. - Demonstrated experience in EPC on Pharma/Chemical/Petrochemical as Lead Engineer, capable of managing a team of Process Engineers. - Deep sectoral knowledge of Pharma, chemical, Oil and Gas, or petrochemical sectors. - Ability to coordinate technical resources, awareness of process safety engineering and process safety management. - Extensive design experience for clients from Europe and the USA. - Capable of working on own initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience in Pressure relief sizing is an advantage and willing to travel to Project office for short visits (1 to 3 months).
