Advanced knowledge of condominium project standards for FHA (SUA & DELRAP), Conventional, and Jumbo investor programs

• Strong ability to analyze complex condominium documents (CC&Rs, public offering statements, reserve studies, insurance, and plans).
• Proficiency with Encompass or other paperless mortgage loan origination systems.
• High proficiency in online research and digital tools for data extraction and organization.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; capable of managing complex workflows and meeting SLA requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a neutral/US-friendly accent for client communication.
• Confident in liaising with government agencies, real estate professionals, and stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and professional communication abilities
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US mortgage underwriting, risk management, or real estate compliance.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline (non-technical background preferred).
• Expertise in reviewing borrower income, asset, and appraisal review.
• Experience in title research, tax/permit record review, or related compliance areas.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented operations in the US real estate domain.

• Comfortable working night shifts; not pursuing active education.
