Responsibilities -

1. Execute and oversee financial reconciliations, Balance sheet reconciliations, Bank reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
2. Support the month-end and year-end close processes within agreed timelines.
3. Prepare complex financial reports, providing meaningful insights for decision-making.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined processes and data integrity.
5. Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in reconciliations.

Requirements -

1. A minimum of

   4+ years

   of hands-on experience in R2R Reconciliations and Financial Reporting.
2. Background in closing, reconciliation processes, and financial analysis is essential.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
4. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
