1. Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Perform variance analysis, assess financial performance, and identify improvement areas.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights for decision-making processes.
4. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track key business metrics.
5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
6. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.

Requirements

1. Any educational qualification at graduate level will be considered
2. Proven work experience (3+ years) in financial analysis or accounting roles.
3. Proficient in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
