Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in LC-MS/SFC/HPLC/Prep. method development for all types of chemistry molecule.
• Strong understanding of various column chemistry.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration.
• Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of motivated young scientists.

Requirements:

• Have a passion for HPLC/Prep./LCMS/SFC analysis and characterisation techniques, as well as being open to continuous learning and education.
• Creative thinking to spot new techniques and growth opportunities.
• Be highly organised with the ability to work independently as well as maintain team cohesion in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with others and be able to adapt to various work assignments
• Must possess a great deal of integrity to maintain confidentiality.
