As a member of the team at o2h discovery, you will play a crucial role in the integrated drug discovery platform by utilizing your strong knowledge and hands-on experience in LC-MS/SFC/HPLC/Prep method development for all types of chemistry molecules. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading, training, coaching, and mentoring a team of motivated young scientists. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of various column chemistry. - Possessing skills in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration. To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Have a passion for HPLC/Prep./LCMS/SFC analysis and characterisation techniques, along with a willingness for continuous learning and education. - Exhibit creative thinking to identify new techniques and growth opportunities. - Demonstrate strong organizational skills to work independently and maintain team cohesion in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborate effectively with others and be adaptable to various work assignments. - Uphold a high level of integrity to ensure confidentiality. - Embody curiosity, energy, creativity, and bravery, while showing a strong desire to contribute to building the o2h culture.
