Senior Principal Scientist/Scientific Manager (Analytical)

As a member of the team at o2h discovery, you will play a crucial role in the integrated drug discovery platform by utilizing your strong knowledge and hands-on experience in LC-MS/SFC/HPLC/Prep method development for all types of chemistry molecules. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading, training, coaching, and mentoring a team of motivated young scientists. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of various column chemistry. - Possessing skills in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration.
