Partners with Business Development Professionals in the Organization and with other Department Heads wherever required.
Responsibilities:
Strategic and Business Enhancement Role: -
- To understand the evolving vision of the services
- Identification of capabilities needed to support services.
- Development & Implementation of plans to close any gaps.
- Evolve the structure of the team to support current and evolving business needs while delivering strategic goals with a focus on efficiency/margin optimization.
- Manage Healthcare Operations Roadmap in alignment with Corporate Strategy
- Responsible and accountable for Revenue Generation in the respective domain and running a sustainable & profitable business.
- Accountable for Business Development Initiatives & Business Development Target achievement
- Accountable for existing business sustainability and new client development
- Managing long-term client relationships by delivering beyond expectations
Delivery & Operational Role: -
- Oversee and manage overall Healthcare Operations Services, including client delivery, quality, escalation/issue management, and operational account management processes across the business and establish continuous improvement processes to enable continued learning and enhancements.
- Support the piloting of new solutions, technologies, and/or platforms and support the design of service delivery models associated with those solutions, in conjunction with other Operations and Analytics Leaders
- Identify and solve larger organizational issues requiring attention.
- Define, implement, or revise policies, procedures, and SLAs to provide high-quality service, foster growth, and create efficiencies.
- Responsible for customized reports, proposals, and executing healthcare market/business research projects.
- Accountable for the timely delivery of projects with quality
- Leading employees to meet the organizations expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
People Management: -
- Develop and coach the team to improve both internal and external delivery capabilities.
- Oversee and manage delivery capacity, ensuring that we maintain a competitive position in the talent market.
- In conjunction with the evolving vision of the business, design career growth models for our delivery teams
- Coordinate/communicate effectively with executive leadership, colleagues, and the broader organization on the evolution of our delivery services.
- Driving Team s performance
Branding Support: -
- Supporting the digital marketing team with a focus on disruptive and trending technologies, brand positioning, right technology platforms.
- Initiative taking in getting the content/articles/blogs developed for the Digital Marketing team.
