Senior Presentation Designer

Your main responsibility in this role is to design professional and impactful PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate business concepts, ideas, updates, and plans. You will be tasked with transforming complex data and information into user-friendly slides using text and visuals that align with the company's branding guidelines. Collaboration with various teams to gather, analyze data, and deliver engaging presentations will be a key aspect of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding, analyzing, and converting raw information from functional teams into visually appealing PowerPoint slides that effectively communicate the story - Maintaining the core design system, including approved fonts, colors, styles, logos, etc. - Refining stakeholder's ideas using brand style guidelines to create compelling visual representations - Ensuring error-free presentations delivered with care - Providing flexible and dynamic deliverables considering scalability, reusability, and change requests - Familiarity with diverse media types such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote - Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs like Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator - Multi-tasking and meeting sharp deadlines while handling multiple projects Job Requirements: Experience: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications, or related field preferred - 8+ years of graphic design experience with a focus on PowerPoint presentation design - Demonstrated experience in creating impactful presentations, preferably in PowerPoint - Familiarity with design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition - Working experience with corporate branding guidelines and maintaining brand consistency Knowledge/Skill: - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Figma - Understanding of visual storytelling and effective communication through design - Knowledge of industry trends in presentation design and willingness to learn and adapt - Familiarity with various presentation formats and platforms - Ability to create visually engaging slides and custom graphics - Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines - Excellent communication skills for collaboration and conveying design concepts effectively - Analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize presentations - Professionalism, confidentiality, and handling sensitive information appropriately - Collaboration and teamwork to foster positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating visually compelling and impactful presentations that effectively communicate business ideas and concepts while adhering to branding guidelines and ensuring audience engagement.,
