Senior PR Account Manager - Travel/Tourism

As a Senior Account Manager at Allison Worldwide, you will play a key role in managing accounts, projects, budgets, and teams independently. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary support for the director/SVP - Overseeing a larger number of accounts or clients with bigger budgets compared to an Account Manager - Writing comprehensive client and new-business plan drafts - Identifying and securing new business, fostering growth within existing accounts - Participating in or leading the development of new-business pitch preparation and presentations - Communicating strategic logistics and tactics to the team - Providing senior-level client counsel and strategy - Conducting client meetings and presentations autonomously - Monitoring account profitability - Supervising account staff to ensure successful management of their accounts - Mentoring account staff to enhance their professional skills - Crafting and refining client materials, with a good understanding of media and influencer engagement - Building firm visibility through networking opportunities - Participating in or leading committees - Demonstrating industry-specific expertise - Upholding Allison's core values - Staying connected to industry trends, clients, and media - Assisting in developing professional programs for the team You should possess a BA or BS in a related field and have at least 10 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a related field.
