Senior PPC Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
• Plan and create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) for promotions, property launches, webinars, and events.
• Monitor trends, analyze performance, and generate insights to improve engagement and ROI.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on social platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design, sales, and project teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Handle influencer collaborations and online reputation management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in real estate or a similar industry).
• Strong knowledge of all major social platforms and content formats.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
