Senior Power BI Developer

As a skilled Data Analyst with Power BI expertise, your role will involve designing, developing, and managing business intelligence solutions to provide actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and convert complex datasets into intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions - Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets - Optimize data models for performance and scalability - Utilize Python scripts within Power BI for advanced data manipulation, forecasting, and automation - Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL, Excel, and APIs - Work with DAX and Power Query for data transformation and calculations - Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to ensure data accuracy - Maintain and support existing BI solutions and troubleshoot issues - Stay updated on Power BI updates and best practices Requirements: - Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI role - Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Service, and Gateway - Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling - Good understanding of SQL and relational databases - Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib/seaborn or similar libraries) - Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills - Good communication skills to interact with business and tech teams Good to have: - Microsoft Power BI certification - Experience with large data sets and performance tuning - Familiarity with any of public cloud Azure/Google/AWS In addition to the job specifics, the company provides benefits such as food, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
