As a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data & Visualization Specialist at Zafin, your role will involve a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI), data analysis, and visualization, with advanced technical expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL, Azure Analysis Services, and Power BI. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and managing ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory for seamless data integration across systems. - Developing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading while ensuring data quality and accuracy. - Building and maintaining data models using Azure Analysis Services, optimizing for performance and usability. - Creating, maintaining, and enhancing complex Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements. - Writing and optimizing advanced DAX queries and calculations to deliver dynamic and insightful reports. - Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights, and drive data-informed decision-making. - Ensuring data consistency and accuracy through rigorous validation and testing processes. Your skills and qualifications should include: Technical Expertise: - Proficiency in Azure Data Factory for building ETL pipelines and managing data flows. - Strong experience with SQL, including query optimization and data transformation. - Knowledge of Azure Analysis Services for data modeling. - Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, report development, and data modeling. - Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Analytics (a plus). Analytical Thinking: - Ability to work with complex datasets, identify trends, and tackle ambiguous challenges effectively. Communication Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Educational Qualification: - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. In this role, you will be expected to work full-time in a day shift at the Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala location. Relocation before starting work is preferred.
