We are Hiring for "Sr. PMO Analyst" - Workday Implementation

NOTE :

• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be prioritized.
• Execute Projects on "WORKDAY TOOL" is Mandatory

Qualification : Graduate -Finance, Business, IT Filed

Experience : 5+ Years

Salary : Up to 17.0 LPA

Location : Kondapur

Shift : Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

5 Days Working

Detailed JD for Sr.PMO Analyst requirement:

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheets, and SharePoint.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business units.
• Experience with RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management and reporting.

Experience:

• 5+ years in a senior PMO role, overseeing strategic project portfolios and delivering results in line with business objectives.
• Strong experience in driving governance and compliance for project management activities.
• Familiarity with project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience working with global teams and understanding of multi-national project dynamics.

Certifications & Qualifications:

Certified SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certifications.

Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification is a plus.

Prince2 or similar project management certifications are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile methodology experience, particularly in large IT/technology programs.
• Ability to manage and track large project portfolios with complex interdependencies.
• Financial and budgeting expertise related to IT and project management.
• Familiarity with international business and multi-cultural environments, with global project delivery experience.
