Entity Core Solutions (ECS) is an ITG-FRS department hosting various applications relating to General Accounting and control tools as well as accounting manual input. Within ECS, RDI is Risk Data Interpretation tool with an aim to provide a credit risk data interpretation service, according to methodologies validated by the Group Shortcuts committee, for both credit and counterparty risks reporting and global monitoring processes.
The candidate will primarily work on PL/SQL and Unix Shell Scripting as well as participate actively in implementing new controls. The activities will mainly consist of analyzing, documenting, developing and testing using BNPP standards technologies. The candidate will be involved in roadmap construction and project instruction on technical phases. The position will require high reactivity and reporting skills in order to follow the IT activities. The candidate will also use IT tools in the DevOps toolchain and guarantee high quality of development and compliance to IT Standards. The position will lead to developing knowledge on various financial processes around control activities as well as BNPP information systems within a motivating environment.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret requirement specifications received from Business analysts.
Participate with BA to ensure correct understanding and implementation of specifications.
Work in collaboration with the Business analyst of the project to meet the clients expectations.
Take charge of the development work according to the priorities defined by the product owner.
Propose technical solutions adapted to the business needs, develop technical requirements
Design and develop IT solutions based on the specifications received.
Provide accurate time-estimates.
Work in an Agile, DevOps and collaborative environment.
Packaging and deployment on non-production environments and monitor production releases & deployments
Participate in the testing support (system, user acceptance, regression).
Bring a high level of quality in developments, in terms of maintainability, testability and performance
Participate in code reviews set up within the program.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong technical expertise with proven experience in PL/SQL and Unix Shell Scripting
Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, including SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions and Packages
Experience with Unix shell scripting, including Shell scripts, cron jobs and automation tools
Oracle / RDBMS
Fluency with modern toolchains and DevOps tools, including at minimum Git and Jenkins
