Hi all We are hiring Senior PLC Programmer Interview Process: 1st Round: Virtual 2nd Round: Face-to-Face (at Bangalore location) Work Details: 5 Days Working General Shift Cab Facility: Provided within a 20km radius; beyond 20km, charges applicable as per company grid Candidate Profile: Experience: 5+ Years Education: Diploma or B.E. in EEE Industry Preference: Candidates from a similar manufacturing background are preferred Location: Arebannimangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562129 Travel: Occasional travel within Bangalore and abroad (accommodation and expenses covered) Roles and Responsibilities :- In depth knowledge of control system with CNC , PLC and industrial Automation with gantry , Robotics , VFDs, Servos and all kinds of Digital and Analogue Sensors ,Vision systems , PID controllers, safety systems etc. Thorough knowledge of Fanuc/Mitsubishi/SIEMENS/CNCs and PLCs, HMI development as well as interfaces to other controls systems based on Standards, Mechanical and Electrical Design and Risk Assessment. Knowledge of Industrial Network and Communication System (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet-IP,CC-Link, etc.) Review contract to understand customer requirements, Analyze risk and highlight Black box in the Project Experience in BOM creation and cost analysis Execution experience of Controls projects in various industrial applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD and EPLAN for Electrical Drawing Ensuring the quality and timeline with respect to project deadline. will be primarily responsible for execution of all CNCs and PLC related Retrofitting projects and automation projects which include Robots and Gantry systems. Onsite Installation, Commissioning and Service Support. perform offline designs and online execution on various new or retrofit projects with the help of Junior Engineers. Communicate project status and ensures team members are aware of progress through project meetings, status reports and reviews. Participate in Investment studies, preliminary design discussions for any new or Refrofit projects. Validate designs and provide feedback to the team. Responsible for standardising CNC/PLC Programming across all projects , inhouse engineering on Hardware designs, software designs, Emulation, Integration & Commissioning at site. Responsible for performing Root cause analysis.
