Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in the Building Construction industry, with a significant portion in

  Planning Engineer

  or

  Scheduler

  roles
• Solid understanding of

  HVAC systems

  (both air side and water side)
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, resource planning, and project controls

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed

  HVAC project schedules

  in alignment with the overall construction schedule
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of HVAC activities
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions to keep the project on track
• Prepare periodic progress reports and presentations for management and clients
• Support the project team in planning manpower, equipment, and material resources for HVAC works
• Analyze project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols throughout planning & execution
• Collaborate closely with the US-based Project Management team on international projects

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  HVAC systems & components

• Advanced proficiency in

  Primavera P6, MS Project

  , and MS Office
• Excellent understanding of construction workflows, resource & cost loading, and earned value analysis
• Ability to foresee challenges and develop contingency plans
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
