We are looking to hire a talented, highly motivated, Civil Engineer to join our team. Requirements for GC Estimator or Quantity Surveyor are as follows. An Estimator works for Contracting Co. He/she: Checks Bid Plans and Specs / Tender Documents Takes off all Quantities or Items of Work for the Project including specific Items affecting prices. Uses the Rates available or gets prices from Subcontractors. Prepares Competitive Bid as a Contractor which will have Bill of Quantities/ Rates /Any other Special Features related to Specific Contract with Exclusions if any. Familiar with CSI Divisions. Skills On-screen Takeoff (Plan swift /Bluebeam / other relevant software) Excellent verbal communication skills Leadership skills Persistence and determination Ability to use your initiative Attention to detail Ability to organize your time and workload Have a thorough understanding of computer systems and applications. Please Note: No work from home. Office timings 12 Noon to 9:30 PM and Monday to Friday Job Location: Hyderabad - India.
