Job Description (JD) Sr. Planning Engineer 1. Real Estate (Residential) of High Rise constructions preferred. 2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project is mandatory. 3. Coordination with Site for Preparation and Submission of MIS with all supporting documents within Cut off Date. 4. Monitoring of Master Construction Program in Microsoft Project as per required frequency, Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress reporting as required, Updating Delay Analysis statement in coordination with Site, Financial Progress projection & reporting as per required frequency, Preparation of catch up plan in coordination with PM & Vendor. 5. Tracking Vendor allocation based on Work Order scope. 6. Monitoring of Drawing & specification deliverables as per Master schedule/Work progress and intimating to Design Dept. Coordinating with Site to ensure Drawing register is up to date. 7. Coordinating with all Site & HO Dept to resolve bottlenecks. 8. Timely Identification of upcoming Contract Packages as per Master schedule/MIS projection, in Coordination with PM and ensuring relevant BOM & Work Order requests are generated. 9. Coordinate with Project Manager & Commercial Manager at Site to ensure material requirement projection is in line with Master schedule/MIS projection. Monitoring of Indenting, Issuing and stock determination processes. Coordination with all relevant stakeholders to ensure Reconciliation protocol of the organization is maintained. 10. Organize Review meetings with Contractors, Consultant, Site Team, HO team, as necessary & record MOMs. Periodic review of site Document Control processes. 11. Monitoring of Customer changes proposal 12. Preparation of statutory requirement reports as directed.
