Corporate Outreach & Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with companies in the tech and IT sectors for hiring partnerships. Create and pitch talent acquisition proposals to potential recruiters. Organize recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement weeks. Student Placement Strategy Plan and execute end-to-end placement processes for students enrolled in technical programs (Data Science, Full Stack, Cloud, AI, etc.). Maintain placement records and track KPIs such as placement ratio, average package, and recruiter feedback. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure student readiness for interviews. Guide students on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, mock interviews, and placement etiquette. Market Intelligence Stay updated with hiring trends, skills in demand, and domain-specific requirements to improve placement outcomes. Requirements 3â5 years of proven experience in placements, corporate relations, or recruitment in EdTech or technical education sectors. Strong network in the tech industry, especially among hiring managers and HR leaders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
