Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of clinical experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for patient-centric care. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will lead clinical assessments, design advanced treatment plans, and mentor junior therapists, contributing to the overall growth and success of our clinic. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostics for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Develop and implement customized physiotherapy treatment plans using OPTM’s protocols and Phyto-based formulations. Lead and supervise junior physiotherapists and support staff. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments accordingly, and maintain detailed clinical records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care. Educate patients and caregivers about home care exercises, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications. Participate in internal training, research initiatives, and development of clinical best practices. Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and ethical standards within the clinic. Required Skills & Qualifications: MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) & BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) from a recognized institution. Minimum 7 years of hands-on clinical experience in physiotherapy. Expertise in manual therapy, exercise prescription, pain management, and rehabilitation. Strong diagnostic and patient handling skills. Excellent communication, team leadership, and patient counseling abilities. Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting. Why Join OPTM Clinic?
