We’re looking for a Patient Relationship Executive who will ensure that every patient in our treatment area feels seen, heard, supported, and guided throughout their healing journey. You’ll be the bridge between patients and clinical staff, ensuring high satisfaction, trust, and retention. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with patients undergoing treatment, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and cared for Regularly interact with patients in the treatment zone — listen to their feedback, solve concerns, and ensure a smooth experience Coordinate with physiotherapists, doctors, and clinical teams to resolve patient issues proactively Identify patients who may be at risk of dropping out or dissatisfied — and work to re-engage and retain them Guide patients through their treatment journey — reinforce commitment, remind follow-ups, and handle escalations if needed Encourage patient satisfaction, Implement and track patient experience metrics and satisfaction reports What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer experience, patient handling, hospitality, or people management Strong verbal and emotional communication skills in Malayalam & English A people-first mindset with a natural ability to calm, connect, and communicate Passionate about improving people’s health experiences, not just processing tasks Experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, wellness, or hospitality is a bonus Confident, warm, and proactive in a fast-moving clinical environment Comfortable using basic tech/CRM tools (training will be provided) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
