Hospital Administrator

As a Hospital Administrator at Calicut Wellphy Medical hub, your role will involve overseeing daily hospital operations and ensuring seamless patient care. You will be responsible for maintaining quality and compliance with accreditation and healthcare regulations, as well as supervising and coordinating clinical and non-clinical staff. Your excellent managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills will be essential in developing and implementing policies, protocols, and operational procedures. Additionally, you will monitor departmental budgets, optimize resource utilization, and collaborate with department heads and medical staff for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily hospital operations for efficient patient care - Maintain quality and compliance with healthcare regulations - Supervise and coordinate clinical and non-clinical staff - Develop and implement policies, protocols, and operational procedures - Monitor departmental budgets and manage expenses - Collaborate with department heads and medical staff for continuous improvement - Maintain patient satisfaction and address grievances effectively - Participate in strategic planning and operational growth initiatives Qualifications Required: - Masters in Hospital Administration (MHA) or equivalent degree - Minimum 3 years experience in hospital administration - Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) As a preferred attribute, you should be skilled in staff management and team-building, demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and operational excellence, and have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
