Job description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and diligent executive to join our team as a Hospital/Clinic Administrator to manage operations and drive growth in a 24-hour healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will lead both the internal management and external business development activities.
Responsibilities:
Supervision and general management of the overall operations of the Clinic
Supervise staff, ensure performance, and maintain quality standards.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient hospital management.
Review accounts and reports, finances, and KPIs regularly.
Add new services and strategic partnerships.
Lead marketing and business development initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
Postgraduate in Hospital/Healthcare Management or Business Administration.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical or hospital management/administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
Highly motivated and passionate for business development and scalability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google sheets and other basic IT skills.
