The Hospital Administrator oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical services while maintaining quality standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage hospital operations and administrative functions
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff
Handle patient services, admissions, and billing coordination
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
Supervise staff scheduling, records, and documentation
Manage vendor relations and basic procurement
Monitor quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / MBA
Minimum 1–3 years experience in a hospital setting preferred
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of hospital systems, policies, and procedures
Preferred:
Experience in NABH / JCI standards
Ability to handle multitasking and pressure

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
