Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Design Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical design and be able to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology. As a Senior Physical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the physical design process, optimizing chip performance, and ensuring the successful implementation of designs.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the physical design process from RTL to GDSII
Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize chip performance
Develop and implement design methodologies to improve efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve design issues
Mentor junior team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
3-5 years of experience in physical design
Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools
Strong understanding of ASIC design flow
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
