Responsibilities: Simultaneously handle multiple PHP projects Manage the PHP project team, ensuring creation of elegant and practical solutions Analyze system specifications and assign tasks to team members accordingly Ensure timely completion of all projects Take complete ownership of entire project lifecycles Guide and support project team members Prepare and maintain project documentation as needed Interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations Job Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in web development Full-time degree: B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, XML Expertise in CMS tools Solid understanding of managing teams and multiple concurrent projects Experience in project analysis and execution Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
