Work in a group environment to plan and design new product features and direction Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable development goals Manage and deliver multiple projects within estimated effort and timelines Motivate team members in a collaborative, team-oriented setting Write efficient, documented code and debug as needed Read and understand code written by other developers Utilize open-source CMS tools and PHP-based frameworks as required Deliver consistent, high-quality web solutions using industry best practices Required Qualifications & Skills: 14 years of experience in WordPress development Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP Working knowledge of jQuery/Ajax (preferred) Familiarity with open-source CMS tools like WordPress Hands-on experience with PHP frameworks/CMS, Action Script Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must hold an MCA, B.Tech, or BE degree (preferred) Strong team player with self-discipline and a positive attitude
