Work in a group environment to plan and design new product features and direction Understand and interpret client briefs effectively Handle multiple projects simultaneously Deliver functionality within estimated effort and time frames Motivate staff in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Write efficient, well-documented code and review code written by others Debug and troubleshoot code as needed Required Qualifications & Skills: 14 years of experience in WordPress development Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP Preferred knowledge of jQuery/Ajax Experience with open-source CMS, especially WordPress Hands-on experience with any PHP-based framework/CMS, Action Script Good analytical and problem-solving skills MCA, B-Tech, or BE preferred Strong team player with a positive attitude and self-discipline
