Responsibilities: Simultaneously handle multiple PHP projects Manage the PHP project team, driving creation of efficient and practical solutions Analyze system specs and translate them into actionable tasks for team members Ensure timely and successful completion of projects Independently handle end-to-end project responsibilities Guide and mentor team members Prepare project documentation as required Interact with clients to gather and understand project requirements Job Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in web development Must hold a full-time B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA degree Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, XML Expertise in CMS tools Experience in leading teams and handling 47 projects simultaneously Proficient in project analysis and planning Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to lead and motivate team members in a cooperative work environment
