Senior People Operations Analyst

As a Senior People Operations Analyst at Guidewire, you will play a key role in our Global People Operations Team, supporting multiple countries, with a focus on India, Malaysia, Japan, and Australia. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as a customer advocate for the People Operations Team, promoting products and services positively and delivering exceptional support. - Leading New Hire Orientation for India and APAC to ensure a consistent, engaging, and seamless onboarding experience aligned with global standards. - Collaborating with CoEs, Business Partners, and Tier 1 People Operations to deliver outstanding employee experiences. - Reviewing and updating People Team processes in response to policy changes and new implementations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Qualifications required for this role: - 5+ years of relevant People Operations and/or HR Services experience in an international organization, with a preference for SaaS company experience. - Hands-on experience with Workday and case management tools like ServiceNow. - Proven ability to manage end-to-end employee processes and drive process improvements. - Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with a focus on building trusted relationships and collaborative outcomes. - Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to enhance efficiency. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
