The Role
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior Payroll & People Officer to lead on all things pay, payroll, and pensions at Via. You’ll be the go-to expert for our end-to-end payroll process, working closely with our outsourced provider and supporting the wider People Team with admin, projects, and data.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be managing payroll changes, liaising with pension providers, coordinating our Pay Panel, and supporting key people initiatives. You’ll also be the first point of contact for pay and people queries, so being approachable and solutions-focused is key.
