Key Responsibilities: - Possess a strong understanding of settlement and Dispute Management processes. - Familiarity with switching and batch process operations is an added advantage. - Proficient in Online acquisition, Billing, posting, Loyalty, and rewards management. - Experience in card customer statement processing & collection, particularly in delinquent processing. - Demonstrated ability to successfully lead multiple projects and drive change management initiatives in a dynamic environment, including collaboration with external third-party entities when necessary. - Conduct requirement elicitation, capture, and analysis, along with documentation such as creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and other technical documents. - Engage in business development and sales activities for consulting services and projects targeting senior levels within client organizations. - Stay updated on current business trends (e.g., EPI, CBDCs, BNPL, Open Banking) and technological market trends (e.g., Hybrid Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Digital, Microservices / APIs). Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech+ MBA candidates with a minimum of 8 years of experience in client-facing consulting roles. - Offer innovative ideas to clients for exploring disruptive strategies that generate business value, leveraging new-age technologies like Blockchain and AI.
