We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join EPAM Systems as a Senior Partner - Leadership Hiring.

This role is pivotal in driving the recruitment of executive-level talent for our Technology organization, ensuring alignment with our strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in leadership hiring, deep knowledge of the Technology industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive search strategies to attract exceptional executive talent in the Technology sector
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and align recruitment plans
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment
• Build and nurture a robust network of executive-level contacts within the Technology industry
• Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience
• Advise hiring managers on best practices and trends in executive search and recruitment
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies affecting hiring strategies
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of executive-level hires across multiple searches
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives targeted at top-tier executive talent

Requirements

• 20+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years dedicated to Leadership Hiring in Technology companies
• Proven success in managing executive-level searches and delivering high-caliber candidates
• Strong understanding of the Technology sector, including the talent landscape and emerging trends
• Proficiency in managing multiple executive searches simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes
• Capability to effectively communicate and build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and executive hiring strategies
