You will be joining EPAM Systems as a Senior Partner in Leadership Hiring, where you will play a crucial role in recruiting executive-level talent for the Technology organization. To excel in this role, you should have at least 20 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 8 years dedicated to Leadership Hiring in Technology companies. You must have a proven track record of managing executive-level searches and delivering high-quality candidates, along with a strong understanding of the Technology sector, talent landscape, and emerging trends. Your ability to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outcomes, communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders, and apply comprehensive knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices will be essential for success in this position. Additionally, staying updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies affecting hiring strategies, as well as contributing to employer branding initiatives targeted at attracting top-tier executive talent, will be part of your role. Your role will be critical in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of executive-level hires across multiple searches, thus making a significant impact on the organization's growth and success.,
