Senior Overseas Recruiter

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for overseas placements – from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and attract skilled professionals through job portals, social media, databases, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and candidates.
• Understand client manpower requirements and provide suitable candidate shortlists within defined timelines.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Handle documentation, compliance, and visa coordination in line with overseas hiring regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters in the team.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets and ensure high client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 0-3years of proven experience in overseas recruitment
• Strong knowledge of international recruitment trends, compliance, and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Experience in building candidate pipelines for high-demand job categories.

Salary: 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA
