Senior overseas Education Counselor

The Overseas Education Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving student recruitment and enrollment for international universities, colleges, and educational institutions. This role involves leading a team of counselors or sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, developing sales strategies, maintaining partner relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the student journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives or education counselors.
• Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

2. Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve student recruitment and revenue goals.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and recruitment opportunities for overseas education.
• Manage leads, inquiries, and conversions through CRM systems.

3. Client & Partner Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
• Liaise with universities and education providers to stay updated on programs, admissions, and scholarships.
• Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and events.

4. Operations & Reporting

• Track and report team performance metrics (inquiries, applications, conversions, enrollments).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and visa/admission guidelines.
• Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis to management.

5. Training & Development

• Keep the team updated on the latest study destinations, visa processes, and educational trends.
• Conduct product training sessions and sales workshops.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
