Senior OTC Functional Consultant (Order to Cash)

We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant – OTC (Order to Cash) with strong expertise in end-to-end OTC processes, preferably in SAP environments. This role will focus on analyzing, optimizing, and supporting business processes related to customer orders, deliveries, billing, and receivables. You’ll collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional process owners (e.g., P2P, RTR, GTS).
Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Design and optimize OTC processes, primarily in SAP SD and FI-AR modules. • Lead and support UAT, user training, and post-go-live activities. • Collaborate with ABAP developers and integration teams to implement solutions. • Manage day-to-day incidents, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure smooth integration with related modules and systems (GTS, TM, MM, CRM, etc.).Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in OTC processes. • Deep knowledge of SAP SD and FI-AR configuration and business process flows. • Experience creating functional specs, blueprints, and test scenarios. • Exposure to SAP GTS, CRM, or e-commerce platforms is a plus. • Strong communication skills; able to liaise between technical teams and business users. • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
