Job Role

Senior Oracle Supply Chain Management (Order to Cash) Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess Supply Chain business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and analyze requirements; translate them into Oracle SCM Cloud Order to Cash solutions.
• Design scalable and robust solutions covering Order Management, Inventory, Costing, Supply Chain Planning, and Global Order Promising modules.
• Lead configuration, implementation, and customization of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
• Plan and execute testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure functionality and performance.
• Deliver training and create user-friendly documentation for client teams.
• Provide ongoing support, system health checks, and upgrades.
• Guide clients through change management for successful adoption of new SCM processes.
• Troubleshoot complex SCM issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Stay updated on Oracle SCM Cloud best practices and industry trends.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts and CoE (Center of Excellence) initiatives with differentiated solutions and assets.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MBA/certifications (Oracle Certified SCM Consultant) preferred.
• Experience: 6+ years as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations as Module Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes: Order Management, Inventory, Costing, Supply Chain Planning & Global Order Promising.
• Experience in business process consulting, global design workshops, integration testing, training, and production deployment.
• Strong understanding of SCM processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to independently lead client sessions, solutioning, and project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management with proven track record in meeting project deadlines.skills
