As an HCM Techno-functional consultant SME, your role will involve ongoing implementation and future planning. - Perform hands-on configuration, fast formulas, flexfields, security roles, OTBI & BI Publisher reports - Provide L3 production support, manage Oracle SRs, and stay updated with quarterly releases - Ensure data integrity & security while facilitating business transformation Qualifications & Skills: - 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience - Minimum of 3-5 full-cycle implementations completed - Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving & communication skills If you are passionate about delivering impactful HCM solutions and driving HR transformation, this Full-time position based in Dubai could be the perfect fit for you.
