As an HCM Techno-functional consultant in the role of an SME, your responsibilities will include: - Performing hands-on configuration, fast formulas, flexfields, security roles, OTBI & BI Publisher reports - Providing L3 production support, managing Oracle SRs, and staying ahead with quarterly releases - Ensuring data integrity & security while enabling business transformation Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience - At least 3-5 full-cycle implementations completed - Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving & communication skills If you are passionate about delivering impactful HCM solutions and driving HR transformation, we would love to connect with you for this full-time opportunity based in Dubai.
