Senior Oracle Financials Techno-Functional Analyst

As an experienced candidate for this position, you will be responsible for utilizing your advanced knowledge to support and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM and on-prem Hyperion modules and related applications. Your role will involve working closely with consultants from a system integrator to lead and support the transition to Oracle Cloud EPM, encompassing various modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Narrative Reporting, Account Reconciliation, and FreeForm Planning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with global business partners to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and configure EPM solutions to align with business needs. - Generating functional and design documentation that is in line with business requirements and Oracle best practices. - Coordinating and overseeing change requests and enhancement projects from initiation to completion. - Driving business process improvements and automation through the utilization of Oracle EPM capabilities. - Performing system configurations and setups for both Cloud and on-prem environments. - Partnering with development teams to convert functional requirements into technical solutions and validating deliverables. - Providing support for month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Your qualifications for this role should include: - Proficiency in Oracle Cloud EPM and on-prem Hyperion modules. - Experience in leading and supporting transitions to Oracle Cloud EPM. - Strong analytical skills for conducting gap analysis and configuring EPM solutions. - Ability to create functional and design documentation aligned with business requirements. - Experience in managing change requests and enhancement projects. - Knowledge of business process improvements and automation using Oracle EPM capabilities. - Expertise in system configurations and setups for Cloud and on-prem environments.
