Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Oracle EPM Cloud, you will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise performance management solutions that support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecastingtailored specifically to the unique needs of the sports and entertainment industry. You will work closely with finance stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable EPM models and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including: • Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) • Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) • Collaborate with finance and FP&A teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue and cost drivers, and financial modeling logic. • Develop and validate driver-based planning models, including player salary planning, matchday revenue forecasting, sponsorship income, and capital expenditure planning. • Configure business rules, forms, dashboards, and data integrations within Oracle EPM Cloud. • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions with English-speaking stakeholders. • Support data mapping, validation, and reconciliation between EPM and source systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion Financials). • Deliver training, user documentation, and knowledge transfer to finance users and system administrators. • Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and continuous improvement recommendations. • Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations in a lead or senior analyst role.

• Deep functional expertise in FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.

• Strong understanding of financial modeling principles, cost allocation, and revenue planning.

• Experience configuring and maintaining PBCS/EPBCS modules (e.g., Workforce, CapEx, Financials) and/or FCCS.

• Proficiency in Smart View, Excel-based modeling, and EPM automation tools.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to lead workshops, write documentation, and present to senior stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the sports, media, or entertainment industries, particularly with football club operations or event-based revenue models. • Familiarity with Oracle Data Management (DM), EPM Automate, and REST APIs for integration and automation. • Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s) is a plus. • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments. • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and its integration with EPM is an advantage.
