Job Description

Job Title:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including
PBCS/EPBCS
and
FCCS
.
Collaborate with Finance and FP&A teams to define KPIs, revenue/cost drivers, and forecasting models.
Build and validate driver-based planning models (salary planning, matchday revenue, sponsorship income, CapEx, etc.).
Configure dashboards, business rules, forms, and data integrations in Oracle EPM Cloud.
Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
Support data mapping, validation, and reconciliation with source systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion Financials).
Deliver user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–6 years of hands-on experience with
Oracle EPM Cloud
, including full-cycle implementations.
Strong knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
Proficiency in PBCS/EPBCS modules, Smart View, and automation tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sports, media, or entertainment industries.
Familiarity with Oracle Data Management (DM), EPM Automate, and REST APIs.
Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s).
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials.
