Job Title: SAP ABAP RAP Developer (Remote) Experience: 5 to 8 Years Location: Remote Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Programming & Design Job Description: We are hiring a Senior SAP ABAP Developer with in-depth expertise in ABAP RAP (Managed and Unmanaged scenarios Mandatory) , CDS Views , SAP HANA , OOABAP , and OData services . The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, capable of working independently in a remote setup, and have experience in end-to-end SAP custom development and enhancements using the latest SAP technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop applications using ABAP RAP , covering both Managed and Unmanaged scenarios. Create and optimize CDS Views and integrate with SAP HANA for high-performance data access. Develop business logic using Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) . Design and implement OData services for SAP Fiori/UI5 and other integrations. Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure coding best practices. Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain clear technical documentation for developed components. Desired Candidate Profile: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development. Strong hands-on experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming (RAP) . Proficient in CDS , HANA , OData , and OOABAP . Experience in developing Fiori/UI5 applications is a plus. Good understanding of SAP best practices and clean code principles. Strong analytical, communication, and remote collaboration skills.
