ETP SUPERVISOR/OPERATOR-COAL BENEFICATION PLANT EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT
Job description

• Shall be responsible for DAF, ETP, DM Plant, RO, MEE, PLC based plant operation and to report supervisor.
• Must have experienced in 2 MLD or above plant operation job.
• Experience of MEE ZLD Operation and Maintenance
• Maintenance All XV Valve
• Commissioning of effluent treatment plant including PGTR.
• Preparation of Preventive maintenance schedule and implementation at site
• Breakdown maintenance of valves, Pumps and blowers.
• Maintenance knowledge of WTP/STP/ETP all Static & Rotary Equipment’s
• Chemical dosing knowledge.
• Follow the all safety (MSDS) procedures during plant installation and maintenance.
• Fault-finding on rotating equipment, as well as auxiliary systems (e.g., mechanical seal systems.
• Experience in UF RO Maintenance
• Experience in Filter Press
• Check, correct and diagnose wastewater treatment malfunctions
• Understand effluent water treatment and pumping system
• Knowledge of Log Book Maintenance and reporting
• Safety Knowledge and committed for PPE usage
• Experienced in taking work permit through SAP ERP
• Knowledge of all plant operational safety related SOP's
• Punctual & Disciplined.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
