Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Operator - Production based in KINFRA Palghat.

You will be responsible for overseeing and executing daily production activities to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and safety on the manufacturing floor. The ideal applicant possesses a solid technical background, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a dedication to continual growth. Operations, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment

In-process checks, inspections, and testing to ensure products satisfy specifications and standards. Deviations should be documented and reported quickly.

Ensure strict adherence to safety measures, environmental regulations, and business policies.

Actively encourage a safe work environment.

Coordinate with the Maintenance staff on difficult issues to save downtime.

Ensure accurate documentation of shift logs, production reports, batch records

Participate in process improvement activities to increase efficiency, maximize yield, and improve product quality.

Qualifications

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a Machine Operator, Process Technician, or comparable function in a manufacturing industry like, spices and oleoresins, pharmaceutical, food & beverage.

Education:

Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional technical certifications are a plus

Others:

• Experience in Spice extraction plant operation and managing Production Lines
• Strong skills in Quality Control and adherence to manufacturing standards
• Proficiency in Communication and team collaboration
• Ability to train and guide production staff effectively
• Familiarity with safety and operational protocols is beneficial
• Relevant experience in a similar manufacturing environment is an advantage
